Carr Residential is a family owned full-service customer home builder, real estate development and construction company. We focus on building custom homes for our clients and developing infill housing for our investors in heart of Central Texas. We take pride in our projects and construction quality.

We aim to maximize the use of space in every home we build. Creative design and diligent planning allow us to create space that leaves a lasting impression. We make sure to keep up to date with new housing technology, including high energy efficiency SEER HVAC systems, spray foam, heat pumps and other emerging technologies.
