First Phase
Typically, during the first stage of the process, our Team will set up a meeting with you to discuss how the your goals, timelines, ideas, architectural needs and project specific financial considerations. During this initial phase, the more detail you can give us about your vision the better.
Second Phase
The second phase is where the dream starts to take shape. We will review plans, the site, discuss costs, scheduling and start the selections process. Throughout the selections process our Team will assist you in design, capturing the finishes and help give guidance to consider on your journey. From there the project will kick off.
Final Phase
After kick off, the project starts to come alive. In the final phase, construction has begun and its off to the races. We will regularly conduct walk throughs with our clients to ensure their expectations are exceeded.
