Carr Residential and our vendors are working hard to ensure the highest level of satisfaction. Please follow instructions below have your issue addressed as quickly as possible:
- Complete service request via our Warranty Request Form below
- Direct questions or concerns regarding your home to our office by phone: 512-766-0543
- If there is a life-threatening emergency, please call 911
- Appliance issues/concerns should be addressed directly to the manufacturer.
If you require emergency service, please call the office or email info@carr-re.com
An emergency service is defined as:
- Total loss of cooling or heating if the temperature is above 78° or below 65° respectively.
- Total loss of water to the home, or sewer back up*
- Total loss of electrical service to the home*
After your Warranty request submission, please be prepare to assist our Project Managers with detailed information, images or video of a request. Please note all Warranty items are reviewed and completed in the order they are received and will be processed within 5-10 business days.
