Do all of your new homes come with a warranty?
Yes. All new construction includes a 1-2-6 warranty. One year on workmanship and materials; coverage for two years on the delivery portion of systems (the wiring, piping, and ductwork in the electrical, plumbing, heating, cooling, ventilation, and mechanical systems); and coverage for 6 years on major structural defects.
Do you build custom?
Absolutely! While we have built a reputation for our high quality spec homes, providing next level service for custom clients remains our passion. We love the challenge of bringing a vision to reality.
Can I make selections for my new Inventory home?
Selections depend on availability and timing. Generally we market our inventory homes once all selections have been made. For pre-contracted homes we may allow change orders and selections on a case-by-case basis.
Can you help me sell my current home or buy another home?
Yes! We operate a complete real estate brokerage. Please fill out the contact form to speak to be connected to a realtor. We also offer a builder move up program to help facilitate the sale of your current home and the purchase of your new house.
Where do I submit my warranty claims?
Please follow instructions from your welcome email and submit your claim through warranty@carr-re.com If it is an emergency, dial 911.
