Do all of your new homes come with a warranty?
Yes. All new construction includes a 1-2-6 warranty. One year on workmanship and materials; coverage for two years on the delivery portion of systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems); and coverage for 6 years on major structural defects. We purchase an additional 10-year structural policy for added peace of mind.
Do you build custom?
Absolutely! While we have built a reputation for our high quality spec homes, providing next level service for custom clients remains our passion. We love the challenge of bringing a vision to reality. In order to maintain the highest level of customer service we are currently limiting the number of custom projects starting at $1 million and up.
Can I make selections for my new Inventory home?
Selections depend on availability and timing. Generally we market our inventory homes once all selections have been made. For pre-contracted homes we may allow change orders and selections on a case-by-case basis.
Where do I submit my warranty claims?
Please follow instructions from your welcome email and submit your claim through warranty@carr-re.com or for emergency warranty claims please follow the instructions in your closing packet. If it is a life safety issue or you smell gas, please dial 911.
Can you help me sell my current home or buy another home?
